How To Make Delicious Apple Halwa/Puddin

              Apple halwa is a very delicious sweet dish specially famous in India and middle east countries. You must have listened this that an apple a day keeps away from the doctor way. We usually eat raw apple but never thought to make puddin of apple. Here is a very easy way to make this and need few ingredients.


Ingredients:-
           Following are the ingredients to make apple puddin/halwa:-
1) Mashed apple ------ 2
2) Mawa (Khoa) ------ 250 grams
3) Mashed coconut ----- 2 cups
4) Sugar -------- 1 cup
5) Mashed cardamom -------- 1 teaspoon
6) Water -------- 2 tablespoons
7) Clarified butter (ghee) --------- 1 tablespoon
8) Pistachio and silver foil for decoration

Steps to prepare:-
1) Roast the sugar and coconut in a pan for 10 minutes.
2) When sugar starts melting add water and cook for few minutes.
3) Now add apples and further cook for 10 minutes.
4) After mixing mawa and cardamom, put it in a tray and make it flat with spoon.
5) Sprinkle pistachio on it and decorate with silver foil.


Presentation:-
      Cut into pieces after getting hard and server.
