7) Marshall Islands:-
Here we have another island country this time located in the Pacific Ocean a little north of the Equator the country occupies 29 atolls and five islands and it has an area of 70 square miles. It is interesting that the very first people to live here arrived approximately 2,000 years BC but how they overcame the large-scale distances between the islands without any navigational instruments remains a mystery to scientists because the assholes of the Marshall Islands are among the largest in the world. Despite the fact that it's difficult to get here divers often choose this place for their underwater adventures.

The numerous historical sites scattered around the assholes attract lands tourists for example the Kwajalein atoll is famous for the intercontinental ballistic missiles that land here after being launched in California. The Maile atoll is the main objective of the researchers of the iron legacy of the Second World War. In this place they used to be a large military Japanese base and now you can find defensive structures bunkers and well-preserved rusting aircraft skeletons. The atolls of voya and mallow lab are famous for military constructions absorbed by the jungle. To get to the battlefields tourists often have to use a machete.

6) Liechtenstein:-
Here's another mini country with an area of only 62 square miles located between Austria and Switzerland. By the way it's a German-speaking country this country annually attracts a considerable number of tourists thanks to its picturesque landscapes, mountains, hills, nature as well as its small but quite self-sufficient cities take for example the main ski resort of the country Melbourne which is famous for its good conditions for both beginners and experienced athletes.

If you ever want to visit this place you won't regret it because the Liechtenstein hotels have a very high level of service regardless of whether you like noisy parties or resting alone with a cup of coffee you can choose the right hotel for you or even rent a small mountain house when no one is going to bother you but remember that resort amenities in this country are very expensive say a holiday won't be a cheap one.

5) San Marino:-
San Marino, the most ancient country in Europe is located on the slope of Monte Titano. It is truly a pearl of the Apennine Peninsula and it has a very small area only 23.6 square miles. The inhabitants of this amazing country are mostly of Italian origin but at the same time they're very different from their neighbors. The population of this country according to recent estimates is of 32 thousand people and they all live very well. The piece of the miniature state is guarded by its own Armed Forces which consists of 50 people but don't laugh at the meager army of this country because the crime in San Marino is at a minimum level.

In the prison of the country there's only one prisoner who actually lives like a king, he eats lunches and breakfasts from the nearest restaurants of the city and even has a TV room and library for his own. Today one of the smallest countries in the world attracts more and more tourists, San Marino can rightly be considered a stage of magnificent castles and structures which despite their age have preserved their original form.

4) Tuvalu:-
This country located in the Pacific Ocean is one of the smallest in the world. It consists of only five tiny atolls and four islands and as an area of 10 square miles. On the biggest atoll Funa Fucci you can find the capital of the state and the only place where you can exchange money make a call or go online. Tuvalu is not only one of the smallest countries in the world but also one of the most remote, there are no internal flights inside the country and the only way to get from the capital to the other islands is by cargo ferries that run between the islands of intervals of several weeks.

The islands are very narrow and many residents of the states have two beaches there their house that's the dream but unfortunately this paradise can disappear from the face of the earth in a few decades. Tuvalu is the lowest country in relation to the sea level and therefore can become the first victim of global warming another problem of the state is the processing of waste the country's so poor the people alone can't solve this problem and some of the less beautiful islands have become large of garbage which greatly spoils the impression of visitors.

3) Nauru:-
Also in the Pacific Ocean north and east of Australia and very near the equator is located one of the richest and smallest countries in the world. The island has an area of only 8.1 square miles but actually the wealth of this country is now something from the past. Nauru is also called the eaten island because its history as an example of how greed and stupidity can destroy any prosperous community. Just a few decades ago mineral deposits were discovered on the island, after finding this treasure it was of course necessary to take it out ASAP from the earth. The government's attracted as many citizens as possible to this process paying them quite good money, people soon got used to living a wealthy life and they cared only for money, nobody cared about the education or the health system everyone was concerned only about having a high income but like in any other fairy tale, the happy times came to an end there were no minerals left and therefore no more money left. No one of course was prepared for this outcome and now unfortunately unemployment and alcoholism prevail in the country and most of the state's territory consists of huge quarries.

2) Monaco:-
It's hard to believe that there's a country in our modern world where the main pages of new sites instead of numerous problems talk about charity receptions, simple everyday events and the results of the local football club. Nevertheless, this country exists and it's the Principality of Monaco
this tiny city-state has an area of only 0.87 square miles and is considered the perfect place to live a luxury life. For decades wealthy people from around the world have come to Monaco for the weekends to lose some of their fortunes in the casino, drive around the cote d'azur in a cabriolet and eat exotic food while drinking collection champagne.

Monaco is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. In the Principality live almost 36 thousand people. Today the city-state is divided into ten small areas and local authorities plan to build an 11th area on the drained sea territories but the whole social life in Monaco revolves around two buildings, a palace in the old term where the Prince of Monaco wife live and the famous casino in the Monte Carlo region as you probably realized the prices here are absolutely the highest in the world, therefore gambling lovers and tourists spending their money on Monaco's main profit.
1) The Vatican:-
If you think that there aren't countries smaller than Monaco then you are mistaken actually the Vatican is the smallest state in the world with an area of 0.17 square miles and a population of about a thousand people it seems impossible but this country really exists and it attracts a huge number of tourists.

All of them want to see with their own eyes some unique architecture monuments and historic places which you can't find anywhere else on earth take for example the Vatican palaces that form the largest museum complex in the world or the gardens that are protected like important military facilities. If you're a fan of architecture but don't like long walks then the Vatican is a great place to see everything in a quick way because you can see the whole country in one hour.
