The Benefits Of Using Cinnamon

                 A variety of trees found in the world is called Cinnamomum, and barks of these type of trees are called 'Cinnamon'. Cinnamon is sweet with respect to taste but it is very tongue-catching. Its color is light brown. It is mostly cultivated in India, Sri Lanka and China. There are different varieties of cinnamon that differ from each other depending on their size, look and color. It has proved from modern research that apart from common diseases, it also benefits diabetes patients, for which it is enough to use a few grams of cinnamon powder regularly. In some areas it grows by itself means no need to cultivate it. 


Mostly cinnamon of Sri Lanka and China is used which is also unique in terms of fragrance. Temperament of cinnamon is hot and dry while it has no alternate in making food tasty. The food in which cinnamon is used becomes not only tasty but also aromatic.The use of cinnamon in food is guaranteed of this that you will be healthy because it is very useful in many diseases.


Its big but unpopular advantage is that using it in the food helps prevent food from getting spoil.The reason for this is that the use of cinnamon in food reduces many types of germs(bacteria). Following are some benefits of cinnamon:-


1) Useful in chest diseases:-
Use of cinnamon with honey is very useful, which also increases the immunity (strength deficiency). This is very helpful in Flue and Nausea.In case of Cough and Asthma, the use of cinnamon powder with honey is very beneficial. If sneezing starts due to allergy then it can be cured using cinnamon.

2) Treatment of Indigestion:-
Cinnamon cures the stomach problems. The people having problem of Indigestion should use cinnamon regularly. Cinnamon is not bad for our intestine and stomach and it quickly digests. Men and women who usually do not feel hungry, start regular use of cinnamon. If milk does not digest, use two to three grams of cinnamon in one liter milk, now milk will be digestive.



3) Beneficial for heart and arteries:-
Use of cinnamon is very useful for heart diseases.It helps in keeping the cholesterol level normal in our body and prevent blood from blocking in arteries.

4) Effective in reducing toothache:-
In case of dental pain, if cinnamon oil is applied on cotton wool and then place it on toothache spot, it will reduce the toothache to a large extent.



5) Effective in reducing Headache:-
In case of headache, the application of cinnamon paste on forehead is very beneficial to get rid of pain. We use this method in winters to get rid of headache.
